Casa Vidrio a Surfing Nosara Project, to be published in Su Casa magazine

Surfing Nosara is proud to announce the completion of Casa Vidrio. The biggest news, however, is that Casa Vidrio is going to be featured in Su Casa magazine, which is Costa Rica’s largest architectural digest.  We’ll be sure to alert our readers when it hits the news stands.

There is no other home in Guiones like Casa Vidrio.  Surfing Nosara’s Project Management division managed the build of the home, as well as helped design the actual home with local architect Donald Loria. After several trips to the drawing board with Loria to truly design a home with a sense of style, functionality, and continuity with its surroundings, Casa Vidrio is a home run. I feel confident in saying it’s one of Guiones’ most unique homes, and those who have seen it thus far have all had their jaws dropped.

The process has been very smooth with the assistance of Loria and his partner/builder, Juan Bermudez. These two offices have combined this past year to create a synergy not seen in most places in Costa Rica, as the various processes and components of their business have now been vertically integrated. This aids in the design-build process for the client, and Surfing Nosara has had a fantastic experience with Loria/Bermudez, and recommends them to anyone seeking to design a future home.

Surfing Nosara Project Management currently has other home projects coming up for 2010. Now is the time to get your permitting done if you own a lot and plan on building. Casa Vidrio can also be rented very successfully as a vacation rental, as it’s a short walk to the beach in the exclusive K section.
