A few days ago, I was invited to go on a electric bike ride around Guiones and Pelada, and my main conclusion was that these electric bikes are really fun-ctional.

They are quick and easy to park in busy cities and you don't have to wait in traffic jams. With the roads around here, they are as fast as a car! They require no gas, oil, insurance, license, or registration and they are cheap to repair.

The battery plugs into any household outlet and will charge in 4-5 hours. The top speed is 30 kph and the battery charge will last for 30 km if you never pedal, and much longer if you do. You can get as much, or as little exercise as you want while riding. That means you can get to work in the morning without getting sweaty, and get a good workout on the way home! These are both sustainable and healthy vehicles at the same time!
