:) Hi You all... We are going to make a move to C.R.. We are wanting some feedback on our idea to bring our company with. I know this product can help the community and environment with a healthier "DUST FREE" way of life.
This product was developed to provide an inexpensive, easy to apply solution for dust control in dirt environments. Environmentally friendly, this product will not harm or disrupt grass, trees, or plants. It is approved by the "ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY" as an nonpolluting means to short term paving.
We are not a "BIG" corporate company, just a small business. My girlfriend and I are wanting to contribute to the people and environment in that area, while living a pure and simple life. We are familiar with the roads and dust issues in your area. As we deal with the same road conditions were we live.
Please give us any and all feedback. As we are truly looking forward to any and all thoughts. We are very excited!!.....
Bryan and Deanne
:) no it is not mag chloride..
They use molasses right now... Is it cheaper or more effective than that?
Yeah, can you give us an idea of what it is... kind of vague right now, but if it is a real solution and can deal with the rain could be perfect for us!
Hey you all, this product is sprayed on existing aggregate or dirt, where it quickly bonds to the surface and hardens into an asphalt seal. This surface will withstand heavy traffic for up to three years. Water, in rainy season hits it and just runs off. It is used for both dirt and erosion control.
It is asphalt and biodegradable soaps milled together to create an asphalt emulsifier. Once milled I mix my concentrate with water, then apply with h2o truck.
I back my product, for three years, when applied. The cost is approximently .30 cents a square foot. Like I mentioned, it lasts for years and I also back all work for three.
Sorry it took a couple days to get back, I was out of town. Thank you Rich and Erik for info. and questions. Any and all info. or questions would be great and a big help.
Until then,
Bryan
Sounds good... just thinking about the price, what does that end up being per km of road, say a 7m wide road?

. Erik did you get my reply? I replyed to your question, and realized I did not post it.. Bryan
OK, almost 21 thousand dollars per linear kilometer (for a 21 ft. wide road) to apply a product that might work for three years if the road is never graded (which it, no doubt, will be if its to remain passable). You'll be waiting a long time to sell this stuff in Costa Rica...Ticos and expats aren't stupid.
Hey in response to "rqb2" All we are trying to do is get some feed back from people on what they think. The reason people like our product is so that they do not have to do yearly grading. Like I mentioned, once applied the roads will last 3yrs. if not longer.
Mag Chloride?
