We are a married couple looking for a one-year lease in Guiones starting at the end of July / beginning of August. 

Need a real kitchen, at least a queen bed (not a Costa Rica queen). One or two bedrooms. Pool preferred. Casita or something on shared property is ok. Willing to negotiate a week or two out of the house in high season if the situation requires. Not a month though. We are in a similar situation now for $800/month. Willing to go a bit higher if all needs are met.

Might consider Pelada. Prefer to not be up on the hill.
