With this new requirement, I just wanted to ask the residence of Guiones where the local clinic is located and how is the service and staff...or do you have to drive to Nicoya to the hospital there. Thanks, Pura Vida

Hey,
There are a couple doctors here & a pharmacy on the way here in Nosara, but the closest hospital is in Nicoya. For my family & myself, the doctors here in town have been very helpful & efficient... No complaints at all. For any serious procedures I recommend going to CIMA in San Jose. One of our kids was born there & I've had MRI's, X-Rays & so forth done there as well.
