  The lower-level of my ocean-view house is available for long or short-term rental as of March 1, 2010.  It is a separate apartment with its own entry. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, full kitchen, living room, and patio with an ocean-view. It is fully furnished with all appliances, sheets, and towels. It also has Sky TV, telephone, and high-speed internet service. It is located in Villas de Esperanza, which is just South of the Nosara Yoga Institute. It is a 4-minute drive to the beach.
