Built in 1996, from poured concrete and teak hardwood, elevated and nestled into a hillside and at the end of a private drive. All cabinetery and furniture carved from local pochote. Landscaping is beautifully maintained with flower gardens and variety of mature fruit trees.

Depending on the time of year you may find yourself picking mangos, lemons, coconut, gunabanas, starfruits and mandarins. Surrounded by jungle you will hear and see howler monkeys, posotes and many exotic bird and butterfly species. This is a large, private and classic residence on a mature large lot.

Travel up stairs to the entranceway and a large patio deck, perfect for dining, feel the breeze, listen to waves, read or relax. Master bedroom with king size bed and private full bathroom, second living/bedroom with two single beds, small library and large desk; separate bathroom with shower.

Large, open and understated space with many windows and very high ceilings and ventilation, each room with overhead fan. There is no air conditioning but because of the elevation you get a consistent breeze.

Dining table for six, two other tables with seating for four and patio furniture.

Kitchen is complete with fridge, oven, stove, pots, pans and everything you need to cook.

In addition a phone, secure bodega with safe, washing machine and dry line. Secure parking with gated garage Gardener and maid service
