My dog and I are looking to move from San Jose to Nosara and need to find a place to share long-term starting January 1st, 2012.  I'm a responsible, bilingual, easygoing 39 year old guy with a relatively healthy lifestyle so I think I'd make a good housemate.  I will be starting a new job at at the Harmony hotel so ideally I need a place that is within walking/biking distance.  My buddy dog Perlita is coming to Nosara with me and she is a 6 year old housebroken, peaceful, spayed saguate (part Dalmatian) female.
