Rancho Contenta is like a 5 star treehouse. The upstairs is one huge teak bedroom with a King size bed and two bunk beds (full size bottom beds and twin on top). It is has dormers which create a nice air flow and powerful fans if you like it cooler. Downstairs is a fully loaded kitchen with state of the art appliances and comfortable living area with couch, hammocks, rocking chairs. Includes a full bathroom, an outdoor shower and a large Bodega put your valuables in when you leave. This is by far the nicest Rancho around!

The property also includes the neighboring lot. So, there is plenty of room for expansion/build out, or you can subdivide it and sell it off. The whole property is tucked back in the K section, but it is still only 5-7 minute walk to the beach. You are up close with the jungle and Armadillos, Pasotes and Monkeys are frequent visitors, as well. This is a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, for sure. Quiet seclusion at the end of a cul de sac on the best street in Guiones. Great food, Yoga (Nosara Yoga Institute) and great surfing are just steps away.
