Wake up every morning to breathtaking, panoramic ocean and mountain views, on this super private estate, with over 7 acres all to yourself. On a daily basis, the area is full of local Howler monkeys, parrots and other jungle critters way too numerous to count. Hence, the name, "The House that Sings". This home serves as the perfect getaway for nature lovers, surfers, explorers and anyone who enjoys a little bit of all of that.

The property features two beautifully furnished homes. The main house has 1 large master bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one with king sized bed, the other with a king and a single). The second casa sleeps 4 and has a king bed, a queen in the loft and a large bathroom.

The main kitchen in La Casa que Canta has all the modern amenities you need, including a bar/counter that is perfect for big group or family meals. Situated between both homes is an infinity pool with a waterfall. Watching the sun set over the Pacific from the pool makes you feel like you are in your very own private resort with no one around for miles!

The property also features onsite caretakers. Ramon and his wife, Magali, live on the property down at the bottom of the driveway in the caretaker house. They provide daily pool and garden care, maid and cooking service (when requested) and great, all-around Costa Rican hospitality.

Located in Santa Marta, between Ostional and Guiones. It is just a 10 minute drive to the surf in Playa Guiones and 10 minutes to Ostional. Also, just a short 3 minute drive followed by a jungle walk and a short paddle brings you to a deserted black sand beach halfway between Ostional and Playa Guiones. Here you will have your own private surf session with no one else in the lineup. The beach is a wildlife refuge, so there is nothing built there just some sea birds, crabs and maybe a few turtles to keep you company. That's how surfing in Costa Rica is meant to be!

All of this and the home is also an income generator, with a great rental history over the last 5 years! It is often booked with repeat clients during the high season.
