The Hollywood house is a large house with one of the best views in all of Guiones. Just like if you were in the Malibu Hills, it sits atop the exclusive D section and boasts amazing Pacific Ocean views of Guiones, Pelada and Ostional. It also has some valley and mountain views to the north. The home was recently remodeled and it is so big that it was turned into two separate apartments. Upstairs consists of : two nice bedrooms, one bathroom, a huge living room with a loft, a open kitchen with new appliances and a massive outdoor porch offering breathtaking views. Downstairs includes three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen and large outdoor terrace with garden.
