Nosara Heartwaves 3 is one of our favorite houses in Guiones for many reasons...

For starters, it is located 5 minutes from the surf &/or Yoga Institute, is in the highly desireable K Section in Playa Guiones, and is a newer home in excellent condition. The infiniti pool is a big hit along with each bedroom having a view and access. In addition, each bedroom has its own private bathroom as well. There is a very large kitchen and living area along with a BBQ grill, large table, and covered porch by the pool.  TV, DVD, WIFI, work desk, full kitchen with blender, coffee maker, microwave, large stove, full fridge and more are here for you.

Whether you feel like relaxing in the pool watching the monkeys swing by, grilling out on the deck, or taking a nap in one of the super comfy beds in between surf sessions, this house has it for you. Although very close to the beach it still has a touch of elevation so you can feel the breezes all day long... Enjoy!
