Nomad Restaurant, A Fresh New Taste in Nosara

Nomad restaurant is a result of two years labor by owners Sophie and Gildas, who hail from France and were drawn to the Nosara area for our surf and lifestyle. Past experience in the restaurant business and a desire to cook quality food has led them to open the area's newest fine dining locale, and it shows with their stylish, chrome coated kitchen. With a menu boasting flavors from northern Africa (Moroccan influence can be seen throughout the facility) and France, Nomad offers food you can't find anywhere else in the area. I had a traditional Tajine, and was very happy and full when I left. The desert crepes were fantastic too, however I will certainly be back to try some of the other dishes that I couldn't fit in. Special orders can be arranged if you're looking for lamb, lobster (when in season), or other specialty dishes. The atmosphere at Nomad is clean, quiet, and upscale, however still laid back and cozy. You can also bring your own bottle of wine and pay the modest corking fee, which lets you pair up your favorite bottle with their menu. A great new addition to our lineup of good culinary treats. The restaurant is located just past the water ASADA building, opposite of the gas station. Enjoy.
