Casa de Olas 1 & 2 are luxury houses steps to the main surfing beach in Guiones and about as nice as they come in Costa Rica. It is not all that often a vacation rental in Costa Rica has all of the 'little things.' Both Casa de Olas 1 & 2 are the exceptions to this rule. Casa de Olas 1 is slightly larger than Casa de Olas 2 and has a large pool as opposed to a large jacuzzi tub.

Casa de Olas 1 features 3 bedrooms with high end pillow top mattresses & 3 bathrooms, a large pool & high level of security. The master has a king size bed, AC, satellite TV, ceiling fan and a futon couch. Both of the other bedrooms each have 2 pillow top queen size beds, a futon couch, a mini fridge, private bathrooms, ceiling fan and AC. The main living and kitchen areas feature satellite TV, DVD, stereo and very comfortable furniture. The dining room table seats 8 and kitchen bar 4 so perfect for group settings. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer set up for a group to enjoy meals in between surf sessions.

The decor is beautiful including bronze details and exotic woods, a large spacious kitchen with deluxe appliances, wrap around decks, just an overall quality set up in most every way.

Casa de Olas 1 sleeps 8 comfortably but can accommodate up to 16 people. Rates are based on 6 person occupancy (see below for details).

If you want to link up a large group then you might want to link up Casa de Olas 2 in addition to Casa de Olas 1.
