This property is perfect for families or groups as it includes a large swimming pool, beautiful gardens, big rancho (the main hang out area with comfy couches and a hammock), open rancho style kitchen (full size with all amenities for cooking and baking), and can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.

Large private master suite with master bathroom, including a King sized and a full sized bed (sleeps 4 comfortably), A/C, Television/DVD,Ceiling fans, High speed wireless internet.

The downstairs bedroom has two bunk beds (sleeps 5), A/C, ceiling fans. The open loft above the rancho with pool view has 2 full sized and one single bed (sleeps 5).

There are two outside showers for rinsing off after your surf sessions, and a beautiful pool to jump into to spend the afternoon in. The house comes with some surfboards and beach cruiser bikes as well. There is a washer and dryer available if you need them as well. Parking is available inside the property gates under a carport and there is a private gate.

Located close to the surf down one of the nicest streets in the K section of Guiones, this property is walking distance to everything. Will take maybe two minutes to walk to the surf at the nicest beach entrance into Guiones and 5 minutes or so to walk to local restaurants and shops.

For an additional $250 per week housekeeper is available (8-5pm mon-fri). She is a great cook, nanny and housekeeper!
