This lovely 2 bedroom/one bathroom condo including sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps 4-6 guests. The home is nicely decorated and comes with a fully equipped kitchen; just a short walk to the beach, and close to restaurants.  The tropical poolside area has deck lounging, bbq grill with covered seating area & a pool bathroom. The condo is one of only 10 homes in our beautiful gated complex. Our haven is upstairs, below us is a similar home also available, or both units may suit your needs.

Holiday Haven at the Del Sol Condominiums, is a set of two condominiums newly built, just minutes' walk to Playa Guiones and many stores, restaurants and services.

Upstairs and downstairs units are almost identical and each have: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, A/C, on-site complex laundry room, Sky Satellite TV and are completely furnished. Stainless steel appliances, tropical hardwoods and tile, custom cabinets and local art: Holiday Haven is perfect for 4-6 persons per unit or a total of 8-12 persons (great for families). Take one or book both for larger groups.

Tropical landscaping surrounds the small complex which includes a pool and grill area. 24 hour on-site security.  Upstairs Unit: Holiday Haven #6 , has a covered balcony and the downstairs unit: Holiday Haven #1 , has a ground floor private patio. Both units have patio tables and parking available inside complex.

Enjoy relaxing at the complex after a surf at world famous Playa Guiones- which is literally, just down the road. Holiday Haven #6 has a spacious living room with fold out sofa, traditional Costa Rican art and decor (including a Guanacaste slab hardwood coffee table and breakfast bar) and is bright and cheerful. All custom hardwood accents and furniture, from the teak ceiling to ceramic tile floor. All A/C, with Satellite Sky TV.

There is an upstairs private balcony off the living room with deck furniture can be used for outdoor breakfasts before your morning surf. Holiday Haven #6 has a state of the art, fully equiped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous custom hardwood cabinets and tile. Prepare tasty meals for your family or party, after a day at the beach! Breakfast bar, deck furniture and indoor dining can accommodate up to 11 people!

Both units have two bedrooms with queen size beds which share a full bath. The bathrooms are done in tile, granite and hardwoods. The bedrooms are light and cheerful. The master bedroom in the upstairs unit has access to the private, outdoor back deck.

Holidays: $1500/week.
