Each house sleeps 2 -4 adults very comfortably. A shared pool on the same property separates the 2 homes. Each 2-story home is equipped with full kitchen, A/C, 1.25 bathrooms, and a private terrace overlooking the pool or the jungle and beautiful gardens. Both houses are armed with a state of the art security system and we are on a cul-de-sac with 2 security guards patrolling 7 days/week.

Each home incorporates traditional Costa Rican architecture with sustainable grass roofs – hand crafted & woven by indigenous Costa Ricans from the south of the country. Bedrooms afford peace, quiet and luxury – the open floor plan and ample windows provide relaxing, cool cross breezes; the unique grass roofs absorb sound of pounding rains and deflect heat, unlike the metal roofs on most rental houses. Kitchen features traditional sink area jutted out into jungle, framed by wood and screen. Water from the sink flows straight back to the earth. The indoor/outdoor main bathroom features indoor toilet area that opens through a glass door to semi-outdoor shower in private patio area – shower under the stars in total privacy!

Each house was planning to be $1,000/per week but we’re running a ‘Get To Know Sacred Space Nosara’ special offer for a limited time -- $600/week 1st low season & $800/week for high season 2012 w/additional $50 cleaning fee per week.
