Playa Guiones was back to it's old self this morning. We have had a huge South swell in the water this past week creating a little wobble in the water. Surf report today is from Playa Guiones. We have a high tide at 6:30 this morning with light winds. Surf height was similar to yesterday running in the head high range. We had some large overhead sets come through this morning. The winds were light early then picked up a little giving the faces a little texture. The sets were coming in a little mixed up & wobbly. Looks like we are going to have two weeks with good sized waves with waves varying shoulder to head high but today it is head high, maybe a little bigger and fast. Furthermore we have the swell coming so let's see what that brings. |

lots of great waves to be had today. offshore winds held up for most of the morning with outside clean up sets coming through every 10 minutes. the better rides came from catching the clean up set shoulders. some hollow sections to be had if you were in the right spot. Read More |
