A good day to fly a kite. Waves in the shoulder range with choppy fat conditions with the high tide. Lightly onshore winds might have actually been helping a little. It looked fun but the conditions I would call fair to poor. No rain this morning so it might be a good beach day. The rain has been coming in the afternoon each day lately.
