February 23rd - Waist to stomach high and clean

Nosara Costa Rica Surf Report

Morning folks! Today the surf is pretty similar to yesterday and is only running about waist to stomach high this morning. It is pretty glassy though with a light side shore wind blowing. I was out there this morning and was one of the few frustrated ones with a short board. You will be much happier and catch more waves if you're out there on your retro twin or longboard, like most folks were. It is a great day to learn though so the surf schools are going to be busy out there today. It looks like the surf will stay fairly similar for the next couple days. So, let's cross our fingers that we get a bump late week and into the weekend.

This week's featured real estate item is all about Selvamar, the planned community in the L section. The developer is now offering great financing options for buyers, which makes this community one of the best deals in the area right now, hands down! The L section is the fastest growing section in the area and a lot of that growth is attributed to the success of Selvamar. With full infrastructure already in place, a private well and water source, beautifully landscaped grounds and a brand new community pool and clubhouse this is one of the nicest communities in Nosara.
