Oct. 1st, Head high and clean... Holy October

Holy October folks! I remember sitting on the hammock last October wondering if it was physically possible for more rain to be falling from the sky... and now the skies are blue and the waves are good.

Surf is in the head high range and lining up this morning in Guiones and the locals are out there taking advantage of it...

Sorry groms, first day of school at the Del Mar... so you're taking the day off.

We've got a good swell coming in this weekend... so get ready.

Have fun, Brandon

January 9th - Swell filling in...waist to head high, clean and fun!

Nosara Costa Rica Surf Report

Hola from Guiones! Surf today is in the waist to head high range and our new swell is filling in. It should be building all day with the high tide and tomorrow looks to be the peak. There were a lot of fun waves to be had out there if you were in the right spot and avoiding the closeouts. Even with light onshore winds later in the morning it stayed fun and the crowd thinned out. Tomorrow should be really fun out there and hopefully there will even be some makeable barrel section with the lower tide. Get on it early though before the wind switches!

As always, remember to swing by our office and check out the photos. James and Brayan shoot over 1000 photos a day, chances are they have some of you! If you have any questions for us regarding real estate, project management, property management, vacation rentals or just general Nosara questions, don't hesitate to contact us at info@surfingnosara.com. We look forward to hearing from you! Have a great week!

Pura vida,
Ryan

December 31, 2011 Last day of the year! Happy New Years' Eve!

Nosara Costa Rica Surf Report

Happy New Year's Eve! What a great day, I think we have one of the most complete surf reports today with a little bit of everything. The surf today was really good, in the chest to overhead range on the sets with offshore winds early switching later. Brayan and I were on the beach all morning taking over a 1000 photos, so stop into the office to by a CD, DVD or bring a flash drive it's quicker. We only put a handful of our photos online and it's a better deal to get them in the office, so stop into the office say hi and get your photos before you leave town. The other side of the office can help you with all your real estate or vacation rental needs or answer any questions you may have about the area.

Nosara Costa Rica Surf Report

Waves a little smaller today, still in the head high range and smaller with strong offshore winds. I was told the waves were the best around 6:00 6:30 early. Still some small tubes and fun ones to be had. Our office is just past Robin's Ice Cream and next to the bank, you can't miss the sign. Come in to buy your daily photos or book a private photo or video shoot. Talk to one of the guys if your interested in real estate, tours of the area or vacation rentals. Thanks

Dec 22nd, 2011 Head High Plus on the Sets

Nosara Costa Rica Surf Report

Bryan got a good photo of an air yesterday along with a few others photos we were not able to get up in time, so today's report has a few mixed in from yesterday. Waves improved later around 8:30 or 9 as the tide filled in, some good head high and plus waves mixed in with some closeouts. Overall I would call it fair conditions with some fun ones mixed in. Swing by the office to browse all our daily photos we will make a DVD of your trip. You can also book a private photo or video session, thanks!
