Man, after those 2 days of offshores, barrels and sun, we are back to rain, rain and rain. Kind of tough to motivate to get out of the house this morning. Surf is unmotivating, as we have a pretty heavy onshore flow of waves... bummer.

I did however watch a few hours of J Bay action this morning, and it is firing there for sure, blue skies and offshore.. Dane had one of the best turns I have seen go down in a contest... SICK!

I am about to post the sequence barrel shots that James snapped on Thursday at Nosara Surf Report Blog... Have a great day folks!  Thanks, E.

1:30 Update:  The sun is now out and we just got back from the pool!  Feels soooo good.  The surf may actually be kind of fun this afternoon if the weather holds.  Also, a new article is posted up about a new Surfing Nosara Foundation Project, Red Cross First Aid Training for the shools.  The foundation is also working on donating first aid kits to each school along with the training.  Great wrok Sarah!  Here is the link to the article.  http://www.surfingnosara.com/surfing-nosara-foundation/project-first-aid
