March 30th, Head high lines peeling through Guiones

Nosara Costa Rica Surf Report

Good morning everyone. Andrew here with you early today. The surf is looking fun, but very windy. A wind storm blew in last night around 2am, and is sticking with us so far. Lines are long and clean but you have to be in the right spot and on the right equipment to get it done right. A mid-day session is a good idea if you want to wait for the winds to subside. Currently we're looking at chest high surf with bigger sets if you wait. Again, it's a good day to let things heat up inland so the winds back off. Stay tuned as well for a new south swell heading our way Thursday and Friday. See you in the water!

This week we have TWO featured real estate items for you folks in the box below. These two properties are both priced to sell. The first one is a great lot in the D section that is one of the best ocean view properties in Guiones right now. At the current listing price, this 3/4 acre lot won't last long. The second one is a two bedroom, one bath casita that is only a 10 minute walk to the beach! Take a look at this one too, because the motivated seller just reduced his price this week. For more info on these properties or anything else, shoot us an email at info@surfingnosara.com.
