March 9th - Waist high and glassy with slack wind

Morning folks! Well, surf in Guiones has unexpectadly dropped a bit this morning. It is only running about waist high as of report time around 8:45AM. The wind has finally calmed down since the last few days and is actually dead out there right now. So, it will probably switch onshore pretty early today. We were expecting the South swell to build, but maybe the forecasters were a little early with their call. So, hopefully it will build all day today and tonight and give us some head high+ nuggets tomorrow. We'll just have to cross our fingers and see!
