The Costas Verdes were at the beach today planting trees, with the local community and volunteers. Asociación Conservacionista Costas Verdes (Green Coasts) is an NGO dedicated to coastal restoration in Costa Rica. Their goal is to reforest beaches that have been degraded, where tree cover and the associated fauna is very low or nonexistent. For more info contact them at info@costasverdes.org

Fun soft waves this morning with the high tide. The wind was offshore then onshore then back offshore but the conditions were good to fair most of the morning. Beautiful day with lots of sun.
