Another good morning with waist to shoulder waves. The sound bars are really working and something I have not seen in a while, creating tide pools for the kids and nice breaking spots for our waves. Good afternoon folks! Well, I skipped the surf this morning to take my kids to the pool and get into the office and see these photos that James had... I guess I blew it. James said that the low tide making the waves jack up and almost double in size. Really only waist high, but the bottom is helping out and there were some head high peaks and bowls. All week everyone has been pretty good in the water, smiles and sunshine.

If you are in town, come in and see James' photos. Lots of good family shots this week, kids getting their first waves and playing in the shorebreak. That would make a good Christmas card.

What a great thanks giving day we had yesterday. We don't have enough web space to list all that we have to be thankful for. Thanks Sarah and Erik for an amazing turkey dinner. Surf today is tiny but fun. Waist high and clean with long lines. It was a challenge picking my favorite photo today with all the happy family and kids surfing. Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here at SN! This morning we are thankful for some beautiful, clean lines! It is in the waist to chest high range with light offshores and glassy peaks. James is getting his Turkey Day Pilates class in right now before he feasts on a gringo Thanksgiving meal. He will be back in a couple hours to update the report with plenty more photos of this awesome day in paradise! The rest of us are going to eat as much as we want today and surf it off tomorrow! By the way, that is Rich in the lead in with his little cover up on the longboard...he is so stoked and has been talking about it all morning! So, if you see him, tell him how sweet the photo looks!

It is a gorgeous morning here in Guiones with many people out on the beach and in the water enjoying the holiday week. I know we say this a lot, but we are very thankful for all of you folks out there that follow Surfing Nosara and check us out everyday! You help us live our dreams down here, and we couldn't be happier! I hope everyone has a great Turkey Day and takes a few minutes to thank whoever and whatever keeps you going in this crazy world we live in.
