Good afternoon folks, sorry for the late report, but with the sun we all had to get in the water today. We have had an incredible run of heavy rain for the last three days, actually felt like October. Most places did well, and we didn't have too much flooding. You can not get north right now as there are trees down right south of Ostional. The sube-baja (river right by the gas station) has been impassable for the last 2 days.

I love these heavy rains as it gives me a chance to go walk our new listings and see how they hold water or drain. If you are looking for property it is a good time to see if you will have any issues with water.
