Update...Rain stopped and I went out and shot some photos for about an hour around 9:30. Hope you enjoy the Christian and Dustin show as there was only a hand full of guys taking advantage of the cleaned up surf.

Good rainy morning everyone. We have chest high surf this morning in Guiones that is actually looking somewhat fun considering how terribly rainy it has been for the last 12 hours. We had a gnarly storm roll in last night around five, which was really cool to watch from my balcony but not so cool for this morning's surf. For those out there this morning it will be a lot of paddling but if you happen to paddle into the right spot you could get into a nice little clean face for a little ride.
It looks like this weather could hold on for the rest of the weekend... but vamos a ver, or we'll see in Gringo speak. It's a great day for a porch party... and I'm off to find one.
