Sunday June 6th, 2010: Chest to head high, building swell...

Nosara Costa Rica Surf Report

Good morning everyone and happy Sunday funday! For funday today we have chest to head high surf and a swell that is starting to show on the beach. There is a pushing tide for most of the morning leaving things a little slow out there... but as the tide starts to drop out around mid morning we could see conditions improve a bit.
We should have continued surf for the next few days so take advantage of the early morning sessions as the wind has been getting on it early lately.
I'm heading down to the beach to check on all of the trees that we planted yesterday. I'm sure they are six or seven feet tall by now... Well, probably not, but everything has to start small, right?
Have fun,
Brandon

**Late morning update from Rich: The surf improved significantly after the clouds rolled in the wind actually turned offshore for a little while. Best rides in 3 weeks here. A couple overhead sets rolled through as well. Much better closer to 9am than it was at 6am
