Rich Burnam has called Nosara, Costa Rica home for over a decade, and in that time he has become one of the area’s most connected and trusted voices. His passions: surfing, music, and community shape everything he does, and they are often the avenues through which he builds lasting connections with clients and friends alike.

For Rich, real estate is not about transactions; it is about relationships. His standing in the Nosara community reflects a deep, genuine commitment to the people he works with and lives alongside. He is the host of the Nosara Podcast and the video series This Week in Nosara, both created to unite the community and amplify the locals, businesses, and causes that make this place special. He is also owner of Coconut Harry’s Surf & Music, the iconic Nosara surf shop that has been a cornerstone of town for over two decades.
