Alex Wilkinson

Originally from a small coastal town in the United Kingdom, Alex’s passion for surfing has taken him all over the world.  In addition to Real Estate Alex ran a private surf coaching business that enabled him to live in exotic locations such as Indonesia, Australia, and the Maldives. When surfing brought him to Costa Rica, Alex quickly discovered that Nosara’s combination of nature, adventure and surf, made it the perfect place to call home. 

Alex has owned property in the K section of Playa Guiones, for the past 12 years and has watched the community grow into the thriving beach town that it is today. The son of property developers, Alex supplemented his income through personal real estate investments from an early age and has worked in Real Estate here in Costa Rica for the last 7 years. Known for his unwavering integrity, Alex expertly finds a balance between investment potential and wildlife habitat conservation.
