Casa Ashaya is a modern construction luxury 3-bedroom house in the heart of K Section in Nosara Costa Rica. The home is surrounded by jungle and located at a short walk from both the beach and Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort.

The house is designed and built with a relaxed Zen atmosphere and the environment in mind. The home is equipped with solar panels to decrease electricity needs and uses a full water recovery system to keep the gardens lush, whilst preserving the precious commodity that is water in Nosara. Airflow has been maximized to decrease the need to use air conditioning as much as possible. The matured canopy around the home provides privacy and green views from all windows.
