7 Palmas is a great home for entertaining groups or multiple families as there are 4 bedrooms, 3 full and one-half bathrooms. It is located on one of, if not the, best street in Guiones (K section) on a dead-end street and bordering a protected green area. This makes this location far different than your standard Guiones location. Here you will find more privacy, no traffic, and less dust. It is just a short 4 min walk to the main beach entrance, 2 min walk to the Beach Dog Café & Harbor Reef Hotel, 6 min walk to Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, 6 min walk to Harmony Hotel and downtown Guiones and 10 min walk to the G-section restaurants & newly remodeled Gilded Iguana.
The stunning modern design villa is outfitted with warm accents of natural woods, Venetian plaster, polished concrete, and hardwood floors. The main indoor living area has a double-height ceiling for openness feel. There are large fans and wide glass sliders looking out to pool and nature preserve. The screened sliders and windows let breezes flow through the home and keep bugs/critters out. There is a nice lounging area with a flat-screen TV built into the wall, dining area with a large dining table with seating for 8 and a large kitchen with all the amenities of a modern kitchen (including wine fridge and eat-in island/bar).
On the second floor, there are two master suites each with ensuite bath and private balconies overlooking the swimming pool and nature preserve. There are also two guest bedrooms each with two twin beds a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with AC.
Outdoors, you have a large covered patio area (with dining area, chaise loungers, and barbeque grill), enclosed outdoor shower and full-size pool. The pool has a deep end and a shallow area perfect for kids.
7 Palmas is equipped with full wifi, cable TV, washer & dryer. With Eco-friendliness in mind, the house is also equipped with the latest generation of solar panels, reserve water tanks and back up battery reserve power for core circuits. The house has a comprehensive alarm system with 24hr monitoring in addition to the security glass.
