Casa Sea-Esta is located in Playa Pelada in one of the most beautiful and serene locations in all of Nosara.  Enjoy sounds of howler monkeys, tropical birds, rustling bamboo, and surf.  Playa Guiones, one of the best places to surf in the world, is just minutes away.  From the house, you can walk or bike on the beach to stores, restaurants, and surf.  This beautiful, newly constructed, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Pelada offers comfort, efficiency, and up-to-date amenities.  Each bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, with two of the bedrooms opening to the outdoor patio and pool area.  You will love the open and bright living space with a view and opening to our inviting and beautiful backyard, including a pool and a large covered patio area.  We also have a laundry room for your convenience.  The house is gated thus very secure.

- Parking is available on-premises.
- A safe is provided in the house.
- Convenient key lock box is provided.
- The pool does not have a shallow end for small children and is not fenced.
- WiFi is provided. (Like other utilities in Nosara, outages occasionally occur.)
- Guests are asked not to host events or parties.

Introductory rates:
High Season $300 a night +13% tax
Low Season: $230 a night + 13% tax
Easter Week: $500 a night + 13% tax
Thanksgiving: $500 a night + 13% tax
Christmas - New Year's: $700 a night + 13% tax
