The patio has a double chaise lounger with sunbrella upholstered cushion in a sunny area, and a covered area with lounge chairs and a rope suspended swinging bed.

-High Season (December - April): $7,950 week // $1,135 night
-Low Season (June - July): $6,300 week // $900 night
-Easter/Thanksgiving: $9,000 week // $1,285 night
-Holidays (Dec 23-Jan 6): $16,000 week // $2,285 night
-Green Season (May, August - October): $5,900 week // $800 night
