This luxurious beachfront villa will take your breath away with its majestic sunset sets and relaxing jungle setting. The howler monkeys and iguanas surround the old-growth mango trees and it’s truly a nature lovers paradise. Located directly in front of Guiones tide pools and a short walk to the surf, this is a beach lover’s dream rental. Enjoy your morning coffee from the hammock while you stare at the ocean or stroll down the beach as the sunrises.
The Beach house Nosara has an amazing outdoor space boasting plenty of seating, hammocks and a large teak yoga deck that gives way to the main property. The front covered porch has a 14-person outdoor dining room table and an outdoor lounge. The kitchen looks out onto the deck and ocean, and the windows open to make one homogeneous space.
The house has been recently remodeled and in its previous life was owned by one of the original fishing families of Guiones beach. The main house has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, a beautiful social kitchen, and a great family room to hangout in. There is a car port separating the back house which is a two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a small kitchen (the houses must be booked together). There are 4 queen beds in the main house and one king bed that can be made up as a king bed or two twin beds right next to each other. The apartment is all twin beds the first room has two tins in it and the second room can be made up as a king bed or two separate twin beds apart from each other.
There are plenty of different hangout areas throughout the property and great places to take a cozy nap on a hot summer’s day after surfing or yoga class. This house is perfect for multiple families, large groups of friends, weddings, or retreats.
The property offers a six person Yamaha side by side for rent to help get into Guiones or for quick trips up and down the beach to go surfing and explore the different tide pools. Concierge services are available including private chefs, private yoga classes, transportation arrangements, VIP car rentals, activities such as horseback riding, surf lessons, fishing, local fishing ( a true experience), waterfall tours and much more can be arranged. There are not many properties unique like this one where the boat or the horses will pick you up and drop you off in front of the house. We have a house manager who is available 24/7 to make sure that your stay is magical.
