Colinas de Playa Negra is the areas newest gated community in an area that is short on quality building lots with quality infrastructure. This community is located just under a mile to world famous Playa Negra beach (two or three minutes) and even less to the paved road to all points, Paraiso (two or three minutes). The beaches of Junquillal are about five minutes away. Playa Blancas white sandy beach is three or four minutes. Avellanas is less than ten minutes!

This is one of the few ocean view lots on offer at this time. There are a few nice windows out to the sea towards Playa Blanca and Junquillal (hoon-key-yal). We love this lot because it is another corner lot and is a full 1.25acres. It has frontage on the park area below it where the lake is, the area for walking access. From the main easement road that accesses it the lot slopes up to the ocean view where there is a nice but smaller building pad. A two story home here would enjoy some great ocean views. This lot has one of the largest Matapalo (type of ficus) trees that we have seen in the area in 20 years of living here. Incidentally, Matapalo trees stay green all year long and it is like caviar for Howler Monkey's!
