Extra person pay $300/week
High Season (November 15th 2011- May 5th and July 2012): $2,800 up to 6 people.
Extra person pay $200/week.
Low Season (May 5th - June 30th, Aug, Sept, Oct): $1,900/week. $200 extra person
No more than 9 guests allowed
$1000 security deposit required.
