This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs, as well as a large second floor open loft area that includes 2 single beds. The house sleeps 8 comfortably (maximum). The front of the home includes a large covered and furnished front porch surrounded by lush tropical landscaping with ample available parking out in front of the home. The rear yard is fenced and includes a sparkling 4 x 6 meter kidney shaped swimming pool with sun patio, outside shower and lush landscaping. This home is constructed of superior materials, and includes local hardwoods in the construction of the home, including pachote rafters and ceilings, cedar doors and closets, and madera negra porch columns. The kitchen has granite countertops installed over the cedar cabinetry, beautiful appliances, and an island bar with bartop and barstool seating. The comfortabler seating in the living area is perfect to relax on. The separate dining area includes a dining table with seating for six. The fully tiled bathrooms enjoy walk in showers and vanity’s with granite countertops. The downstairs also includes a utility room with a washer and dryer.

The Master bedroom includes a deluxe king size pillow top bed and linens, private bathroom, and cedar closet. The second bedroom downstairs is large, and includes two full size beds. This home is close to everything. A 5 minute walk will have you on the white sand beaches of Playa Pelada, a 10 minute walk will take you south to Playa Guiones or north to the Nosara River.
