Nosara's Daily Surf Report
Monday, December 4
Buenos dias... Pura Vida
This is Chico Lopez with your Monday surf report: Today we started another beautiful morning here in Playa Guiones. Blue skies and fun chest high waves to enjoy, with an occasional set coming through. Low Tide 8:51AM. High Tide 3:08PM.
Enjoy the photos we selected from this morning's surf session and check out www.surfingnosara.com for additional photos, further information about activities and upcoming events here in Playa Guiones.
See Brayan or I at our office if you would like to view your personal photos, purchase them and/or book a private photo session.
We are located on the main road in Guiones right down from Café de Paris.
The vacation rental of the day is Casa Almendra. Situated just 2 minutes walk from the beach, it is laid out to create a central courtyard which has the feeling of a tranquil and private oasis with water cascading over the edge of an open infinity pool. Sleeps ten people in total: there are three main bedrooms, each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, and two smaller twin bedrooms, which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. All the bedrooms have beautifulteak flooring and furniture which was handmade locally. If you’re coming in from surfing, there is a board room where you can store yoursurfboards, and outdoor showers to rinse off.
The real estate deal today is Las Mareas. All woodwork is custom including kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, doors and windows, lattice detail, and back breezeway screen. Polished concrete floors downstairs & teak floors upstairs. The 2 downstairs bedrooms have AC. The house was designed so that the living area and upstairs sleeping loft are cooled via fans and air circulation - note the lattice screening throughout LR/kitchen and loft. ( However, the lattice can be glassed over if people want to use AC in these areas, an easy and simple process - and in the living area there is wiring run in inanticipation of this scenario in case a AC unit is installed).
