Good Morning Guiones,

This is Andrés with your Monday surf report: We started another week with an overcast and misty morning. The new swell has arrived in the head high to a couple feet overhead range, but very mixed up and choppy on the high tide today. The Surfline forecast shows a steady long period SSW 6 - 8 ft+ swell for the next 2 days, peaking tomorrow. We just need some calm or offshore wind for the surf to improve.

Enjoy the photos we selected from this morning's surf session. See Brian or I to view your personal photos, purchase them and/or book a private photo session. We are located on the main road in Guiones right down from Café de Paris.

Like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram @surfingnosara to continue to enjoy the Nosara lifestyle.

The vacation rental of the day is a duplex style (big side has the kitchen and bathroom, small side has a bathroom). Walking distance to the main surf break at Guiones & pretty much close to everything. One of the few central locations you don't need a rental car. This can be one unit that sleeps 6 comfortably or if you're on a budget just choose one side that sleeps 3. Not only are you close to the surf at Guiones but Nosara Yoga Institute, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, restaurants, shops, nature trail, super market, basketball court & new mini golf course are right here.

The real estate deal today is Tree House - One of the nicest houses in Guiones. Located in the G section is officially on the market for sale. The Tree House is one of the nicest, most sought after vacation rentals in Nosara in an ideal location across the street from the main surfing beach behind Villa Tortuga & the Frog Pad. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this house with an excellent area for entertaining between the large living area & kitchen & the spacious porch area facing the ocean swaying palm trees.

If you are nearby today, visit Robin's Ice Cream where you can see our photos and enjoy a delicious ice cream or wrap at the same time.

Check back with us again tomorrow for the surf report photos, and keep an eye on the swell trends leading up to next week.

If we can help set up your vacation or help you with real estate questions please email us at info@surfingnosara.com.

Have a nice day,
